Serve at Dorr Dragon Fest 2025

We are gearing up to serve the families at Dorr Elementary at their giant end of year event, and we are so thankful that we get to serve alongside you! The staff at Dorr as well as their Parents Club is thrilled to be partnering with us to make this Dragon Fest happen again. Thank you for saying yes to reaching our neighbors!

When: Friday, May 9, 2025 5-8pm

Timing: Set up crew arrives by 4pm, and all face painters, inflatable monitors, and game hosts should arrive between 4:45-5pm.

Please report to the Volunteer Check-In Table, where you will find Julianne. The event runs from 5:30-7:30pm.

Please help tear down your activity and return your Westgate items to the trailers.

Location: Dorr Elementary- 1205 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617

• Wear comfortable shoes and be ready for the cool evening weather. In the situation where it rains, all activities will move inside.
• There will be pizza and water provided for the volunteers.
